9:45AM guests can arrive. Guest are seated at 10AM.

No there's no gap in between.

Cocktail hour is at 11:00AM.

Reception starts at 12:00pm.

Is the ceremony and reception venues handicap assessable?

Answer

Yes. Ceremony and reception are ground level, no stairs.

Both ceremony and reception locations have parking in front of the entrance.
