A beautiful nature preserve that is across the street from the hotel where the bridal party will be staying. The preserve has many trails for biking and walking. There are animal sightings and multiple bird-watching spots.
Golf Kleiburg
The first public golf course in the Netherlands, the course is surrounded by beautiful waterways (Hertelkanaal) and forests that make it a wonderful experience on every hole. If you want to challenge yourself to 18 holes or just hit 9, this is a great course that is close to the venue.
Brunotti Beachclub
Great for water sport lovers. Lekker food and a chic beach atmosphere. This beach club offers lessons and rentals of paddleboards, kitesurfing, wingsurfing, and windsurfing.
Maasvlaktestrand
A hidden public beach from tourists. Quiet and peaceful vibes with views of wind turbines and the port.
Portlantis
Very interesting and interactive museum on the history of the Port of Rotterdam.
The Keringhuis - Public Water Center
Biased opinion: This is one of the coolest, most magnificent things ever made to stop storms. For anyone who wants to know more about how the Dutch have stopped the overflooding of their lands, this is a MUST-SEE.
Hoek van Holland Beach
Nice beach with a boardwalk with restaurants and shops. Public access NO PAY.
