Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle from the bottom of the mountain to the venue itself. We recommend that you carpool to the shuttle parking lot to the maximum extent possible. Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden cocktail. We recommend either cocktail or full length dresses and suits (tie/bow tie optional). The wedding will be largely outdoors with the potential for grass and gravel. We recommend avoiding stiletto heels and opting instead for block heels, wedges, or flats.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with wine, beer, and cocktails for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the marriage ceremony itself. We have a professional photographer to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! For the remainder of the weekend including cocktail hour and the reception, please take as many photos as you like! We will have a shared album for our guests to upload photos to.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive at the shuttle parking lot by 4:20pm or 4:35pm for their assigned shuttle in order to arrive at the venue no later than 4:45pm for a 5pm ceremony start time.

Are there assigned sides during the ceremony?

Answer

There are no assigned sides! However, please note that the first two rows on each side will be reserved for family.
