Getting there

Guests please be aware you may encounter difficulties with traditional ride services due to the location of the venue. There is plenty of parking at the venue therefore parking will not be an issue if driving your own car.

Hilton Santa Cruz/Scotts Valley

This Hilton is about 15-20 minute drive from the venue! It is a 2-night stay minimum to get the hotel discount rate. You may click on the "view" button below to be taken directly to the booking site with discount rate included or guests can also make their reservations on-line by using the following instructions: · Go to www.santacruzscottsvalley.hilton.com · Enter the dates of their stay (Friday 9/27-Sunday 9/29) · Click the “Special Rates ” button · Enter VMWRB in the “Group Code” field · Click the “Check Rooms & Rates” button, and reserve! The Group Code will only discount the rates over the agreed dates of Friday, September 27th – Sunday, September 29th. If your guests attempt to use the code for any dates outside of those indicated in the agreement, the system will show “No Availability”. For guests trying to book outside the block, please have them contact sales directly to check on availability. The Cut-Off date is Tuesday, August 13th. This is the last day guests will be able to get the discounted rate. Reservations made through any of these booking channels will not be able to receive the block discount: -Advance Purchase Reservation through Hilton -Point Redemption Reservation through Hilton -Third Party booking sites such as: Expedia, Travelocity, Etc.
