We're thrilled to have you join us for our wedding weekend in the mountains! Hawkesdene is a stunning private mountain estate situated on 54 acres in Western North Carolina, with breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains. We'll have exclusive access to the estate for the entire weekend, and all of the official wedding festivities will take place there. For guests wishing to stay onsite, you'll need to reserve a room on the Hawkesdene website (linked below) separately from your RSVP. The cost to stay onsite is a flat rate of $375 per person, which is all-inclusive for the weekend. It includes lodging and all food and drinks. Example: Total for 1 person for the weekend: $375 Total for 2 people for the weekend: $750 There are 44 rooms available and they will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis so we encourage you to RSVP and secure your spot as soon as possible. Payments can be made by clicking the button below. On the payment page, please complete the information on the form. Under the details section, select yes when asked if you've been invited to attend a wedding at Hawkesdene and select "Allison & Chris - May 10th, 2025" from the drop-down menu. You may choose to pay in full or split the payment into two installments. If paying in two parts, the final payment must be made by April 15th, 2025. Please let us know if you have any questions!

We don't want anyone to feel obligated to stay at the venue! There are many beautiful mountain rental homes available nearby for those who would like to stay offsite. There are plenty of housing options available in the neighborhood surrounding the venue. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
