Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting, we will have the ceremony outside and the reception inside. November could be very cold, and we are prepared to have the entire event inside if need be.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Think cocktail attire with a Western flair. Suits or sport coats, dresses, boots, hats, etc. The venue will be heated, but please bring a jacket or whatever you need to be comfortable sitting through an outdoor ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of parking at the venue! If you plan to leave your vehicle overnight, please arrange to pick it up before noon on Saturday morning.

Is there a hotel block of rooms reserved?

Answer

No hotel block. We do have a 15% discount for the Courtyard by Marriott at their Boise West/Meridian location. You have to use the link from our website to utilize the discount. Please see the travel tab. Additionally, there are many other hotels and AirBnbs to choose from near the venue or closer to downtown Boise where we will be having our other wedding weekend activities. Lots of options!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, guests will be responsible for getting themselves to and from the venue. Please plan your designated drivers ahead of time or utilize Uber or Lyft. If you leave your vehicle at the venue overnight, please plan to pick it up before noon on Saturday morning.

How can I tell who has been included on the invitation (plus one, kids, etc)?

Answer

Please check the RSVP tab if you are unsure who has been included in your party.
