When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Tuesday, June 1! You can RSVP online using the "RSVP" tab.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Your RSVP should be listed under your first and last name (do not include titles/Mr/Mrs/etc). The name will be abbreviated/nicknamed as printed on the envelope. You only need to type one name and the whole family/couple will come up. If you have trouble finding your name, type only your last name and a list of families should come up. If you are still having trouble, feel free to reach out for assistance.

What COVID precautions are being taken?

Answer

We are expecting 150-200 guests to be in attendance depending on venue restrictions at the time of the wedding. We are not requiring masks unless they are required by the church/venue. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask, you are free to do so, but we cannot guarantee that other guests will be wearing masks. Tables will be spaced according to COVID guidelines in place at the time of the event. Dinner will be buffet style but your plates will already be at your seats so that no one is touching anyone else's plate. The food and alcohol will be handled and served by catering staff who will be appropriately gloved and masked. If you have other concerns regarding COVID safety, feel free to reach out at the number listed at the top of this page.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors.

Yes! Both the church and the reception venue are wheelchair accessible.

Where can I park?

Answer

There is ample free parking at both locations. Check out the travel page for more information regarding transportation options for out-of-town guests.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? How about transportation?

Answer

We have a hotel block at the Homewood Suites. Check out the "Travel" page for more information regarding accommodations! Due to COVID, we are unable to provide transportation to/from the hotel but we have listed some transportation options on the "Travel" page if necessary.

Am I able to go straight from the ceremony to the reception?

Answer

Yes! Cocktail hour will start at the Fair Barn (the reception location) immediately following the ceremony at Our Lady of the Americas. There will be a send-off from the church, that we'd love for you to join before heading to the Fair Barn.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to COVID, we have had to restrict our guest list to the closest friends and family. Our wedding is RSVP only and we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Celebrating our day with us is gift enough! However, if you wish to contribute to furnishing our new place, we are registered at Amazon and have some items listed under the "Registry" tab.
