When should I RSVP by?

Where should I stay?

Answer

We are requesting our guests to stay with us at the Chalet View Lodge. We have the whole resort to ourselves, so everyone will be staying there! Please find further information regarding booking in the Travel section.

When should I arrive?

Answer

We would absolutely love to have you check in on Friday, August 31st to partake in the events and quality time with us! The ceremony and reception are on Saturday, September 1st.

What is an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Our hope is that all of our guests will join us in being fully present, by turning off all devices, during the ceremony. What about pictures? We got you! Our wonderful professional photographers will be snapping pictures throughout the ceremony and we are happy to share them with you after the event.

What should I wear?

Answer

At the Wedding: Attire is Semi-Formal, so whatever you would feel comfortable wearing to a cocktail party. All wedding events will take place on the grass so please wear shoes that you will feel comfortable in.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, when you RSVP please share any dietary restrictions you have.

Where can I eat or drink during my stay?

Answer

Chalet View Lodge has a brewery where you can order food. The town of Graeagle also has restaurants. You are also welcome to bring your own food and beverages. The cabin rooms have their own kitchens and other rooms have a refrigerator and/or microwave.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We are hoping that all of our guests will stay at the Chalet View Lodge as this is where all wedding events will take place. If you choose to stay in a Plumas Pines vacation rental or other hotel, we will not have any transportation to and from Chalet View Lodge.

Is it dog friendly?

Answer

Yes, definitely! FYI there is a $25 fee per night if you have pets in your room.

What's a onesie?

Answer

A onesie is a comfortable, loose-fitting jumpsuit usually intended for loungewear or sleepwear. Onesies can be found in fabric with fun patterns or in the shape of animals. Amazon is a great place to start your onesie search.

Bring Your Own Party Chalet View Lodge is a beautiful venue and we want you to take advantage of it! Bring your own food and beverages and enjoy the fun activities and beautiful space the chalet has to offer.
