We encourage all of our guests to wear black tie, but welcome formal attire as an alternative. The wedding party will be wearing black-tie evening wear (tuxedos and floor length gowns).
Yes! We will have two rounds of shuttles, departing the Warwick at 4:50pm and 5:30pm in order to get everyone to the venue before our 6:00pm ceremony start time. There will also be shuttles leaving the reception at the end of the night, beginning at 10:00pm and making round trips back to the Warwick/Spice Finch after-party until 11:00pm.
Our ceremony will be unplugged, and we kindly ask that you leave the cameras at home and turn off your cell phones before sitting down. We have wonderful photographers and videographers that will be capturing our special moment, and want you to be fully present with us so we can see your faces, not your phones. We promise to share all the photos and videos with you!
We love your kids and know that you do too! However, we want you to have a night off from parental duties and advise that our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults only.
If your invitation says "and Guest" or a named partner, then yes; if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
Leading up to the wedding, we will post more details on this site about shuttle times and other logistics. If you are staying in one of our hotel blocks, a detailed itinerary with more information will be in your welcome bag. For any questions after that, you can reach out to Chris or Lynnette Cashman (parents of the bride). Please refrain from reaching out to the bride or groom the week of the wedding - there will be enough on their plates!
