We're getting married!!

It all started with a lady taking a chance on a guy, whom she may have thought too young, but seemed interesting, so she was curious to learn more (or maybe it was the other way around). She had never met anyone from Saudi Arabia and he had never met someone from North Carolina. They had an instant spark, but were not sure where things would lead. She was a globe-trotting professional, who loved the experiences of living abroad, constantly being challenged and learning new things, but was also seeking for a place and a community to call home. He was a finance bro (the good kind), thousands of miles away from home, carving out a life in a city of his dreams. He thrived on structure but was always up for an adventure (with her, at least). Love ensued. He fell in love with her adventurous spirit, the way she embraced every new experience with excitement and curiosity, and the warmth of her heart—the kind that made every place feel like home. She fell in love with his intellect, kindness, love for family and friends, and his openness to embark on any unique date night activity she came up with. Beyond the concerts, comedy shows, trivia nights, and dinners in New York, they ate all the lobster rolls in Maine, ziplined in the Dominican Republic, took cooking and salsa lessons in Mexico, hiked the landscapes of upstate New York and Madeira, spent many a days basking in the sunshine on beaches near and far, and look forward to more adventures to come! A puppy to a dog later, here we are! Understanding that love is not always easy, but it encourages us to grow and flourish in ways we did not think were possible. With our eyes, ears, and hearts open, we embark on our next journey of a lifetime! We look forward to celebrating our next chapter with you!
