You do not need to preselect the ferry time you want to take, HOWEVER, I do suggest you get the 5PM ferry the absolute latest on Friday. The ferry ride is 30 minutes. ***Leave at least 3 hours in advance from the ferry time that you want because parking at the ferry can be tough and traffic can take about 2 hours coming from Rockaway Beach. ****GUESTS WHO ARE NOT STAYING OVER**** Only Purchase a ONE-WAY ferry ticket. Get the 3PM ferry the absolute latest in order to arrive on time for the ceremony. We will have a taxi boat set up to take all of you leaving the island back to Bay shore at 10 PM when the reception ends and that will be $20 CASH ONLY. So please bring cash with you. PARKING: $20/day or $60/Full Weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun) Parking Lot: 104 Maple Avenue (West Terminal). This is the Ocean Bay Park ferry terminal (DO NOT go to Ocean Beach ferrry) ***Parking located at the terminals are available on a first come basis. Parking does fill quickly during the summer season. Be sure to leave enough time to allow for the additional time required to find alternative lots.
