If you know you want to stay in the hotel block, please book as soon as possible to ensure that there is still availability and so we know if we need to add more rooms.
Yes. There is complimentary parking onsite at the Hotel Ithaca based on availability and additional parking directly across the street from the main entrance of the hotel at The Parking Garage (235 S Cayuga St Garage) with applicable charges. There is ample parking at the Farmers Market.
If you're staying at the Hotel Ithaca, no. If you're flying into ITH there's a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. If you are flying into SYR, you will need to get a taxi/ride share. There will also be a shuttle to and from our ceremony/reception site. There are activities within walking distance of the hotel too. If you are booking other accommodations, you will need to find your own way to the ceremony site or to the Hotel Ithaca to catch the shuttle, so you might want a car. You may also want a car if you're planning to stay longer than two nights and want to take advantage of all that Ithaca has to offer.
Please see our Travel page and scroll down below the information for the Hotel Ithaca and ITH.
The party is currently scheduled to start at 6:30pm. We aren't sure if there will be a "ceremony" of sorts yet, so we will let you know how prompt you need to be!
Yes, please let us know in the appropriate box when you RSVP on our website or via the RSVP card that arrived with your invitation.
The front desk can hold your luggage for a $3 fee until you're able to get into your room at 4pm. The fastest and easiest activity would be to walk to The Commons and explore the shops/get some lunch. If you have a car, you also might want to experience the Farmers Market while the market is in full swing or hit one of the breweries/wineries/cider houses or ice cream shops on our Things To Do page.
For a nice easy walk, take the short hike from Taughannock Falls State Park to the base of the falls. You can also rent kayaks and go swimming in Cayuga Lake at Taughannock Falls State Park. For a more strenuous hike, explore Buttermilk Falls State Park or Robert H. Treman State Park. We like taking the Gorge Trail at Treman up to Lucifer Falls. There's also a popular swimming area (with a diving board and a lifeguard!) at the base of the Lower Falls in Treman.
Please check our Things to Do page! Our favorites are all there.
