We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests at two separate hotels, the Hilton and SpringHill Suites for 4/10/26-4/12/26. These two hotels share the same parking lot, making it very easy to travel between. The Hilton is considered our main hotel as shuttles will run from the Hilton to the venue for the ceremony at 3:40 and back to the Hilton after the reception for the after party. Guests staying at SpringHill Suites may walk to their hotel after transportation returns from the reception or after the after party, if they choose to attend.

You must book by March 10, 2026 to receive the discounted rate. Please keep in mind that this is considered our main hotel and transportation will be running from/to this hotel and the after party will be held here as well. Even if you choose to stay at the SpringHill Suites hotel, we recommend you walk over and use the provided transportation.
