Gina and Casey’s story began in 2015, rooted in a shared love of live music. Gina had recently discovered a small indie band and quickly became an enthusiastic fan. She liked their music so much that she burned their album onto CDs to share with friends. When she learned they were unexpectedly coming to Madison, she was shocked and excited. The show was at The Frequency, a beloved Madison music venue that has since closed. Throughout the night, Gina heard the band repeatedly thank a “Casey Kula” for putting on the show and bringing them to Madison. Wanting to meet him and thank him for making the night possible, she introduced herself after the performance. Later that evening, they briefly crossed paths again at another show down the street at the Majestic Theatre. Casey remembers being immediately drawn to Gina and hoping to see her again. Before the night ended, they connected on social media and began what would become a lasting friendship. What started there eventually grew into something more. They fell quickly for each other and, over time, built a strong partnership grounded in trust, shared interests, and connection. Since then, they’ve attended countless concerts and music festivals together, creating many of their favorite memories along the way. More than a decade later, they’re excited to celebrate the next chapter of their story with all of you and can’t wait to share the dance floor with the family and friends who have been part of their journey.
