Arrival & Parking – Please Be on Time! We are so excited to celebrate with you! To ensure everything goes smoothly, we kindly ask that everyone arrives at the Port Canaveral Terminal by 10:00 AM sharp. If you arrive late, you may not be able to board the ship, on time for the wedding ceremony because for the wedding they are providing us with priority boarding. 📍 Port Canaveral is located at: 445 Challenger Road, Orlando, FL Royal Caribbean has multiple terminals at Port Canaveral, and while we do not have our assigned terminal yet, we will keep you updated as soon as we receive confirmation. As you get closer to the port, look for signs that say “Royal Wedding”—that will help guide you in the right direction. Once you arrive, follow the signs to your ship’s terminal assignment. Parking Information: Parking is available at the cruise terminal for a fee: 4 Nights/5 Days: $85.00 Disabled Parking: Available, and fees are waived for vehicles transporting certain persons. Boarding Process & Security After the ship clears customs, our group will be escorted through security. This process is similar to TSA at an airport—everyone will go through screening before boarding. 🚢 Important Notes for Boarding: > Carry-on items are allowed, but please pack light! >You will not have access to your stateroom until at least 1:30 PM. >We strongly recommend checking your larger luggage ahead of time so you don’t have to carry it with you during the wedding ceremony. Once security is completed, we will board the ship. This process typically takes some time, so expect to be at the venue around 11:00 – 11:30 AM. However, this depends on how quickly the ship is cleared for boarding. Wedding Ceremony – 12:00 PM Sharp! The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 PM on deck 8-9. We kindly ask everyone to be seated and ready on time so we can begin this special moment together.
