Welcome Party

4:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

There will be drinks and light bites available for purchase. All ages are welcome! Parking is not available onsite. However, guests can park in downtown parking decks—located on West Washington Street and College Avenue—or in metered street spots. We recommend taking an Uber or Lyft, or walking from the hotel if you prefer.

Wedding & Reception

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Please join us in formal attire—think elegant cocktail dresses and suits with ties.

Please arrive at 5:30 pm for the ceremony. We will be starting the ceremony promptly at 6:00 pm. There’s a dedicated parking deck right behind the venue, plus additional street parking nearby. If you're staying in downtown Athens, we recommend carpooling or taking a short Uber or Lyft ride.
