Like most modern love stories, ours started on Hinge. We chatted for a few days and a few nights later, met up for dinner. Spencer was conveniently located on Casey’s drive home from classes (and, let’s be honest, she wasn’t going to turn down a free meal). What was supposed to be a quick dinner turned into hours of conversation and laughter — and the rest is history.

Not long after we started dating, Spencer had to move to D.C. for work. Long distance definitely tested our patience. After almost three years of weekend drives and late-night FaceTimes, enough was enough!

On March 8, 2025, Spencer took Casey back to the area they had their first date and managed to surprise her.
