Shuttles & Accomomdations

We have two shuttles scheduled to transport guests to and from the ceremony + reception. Please note the stops and times: Shuttle 1 (56 passenger capacity): Pick up at the Doubletree by Hilton Torrance (21333 Hawthorne Blvd) at 3:45 pm. Note: this will be the only shuttle picking up from this location. Then it will stop at Project Barley in Lomita (2308 Pacific Coast Highway) for a second pick up at 4:15 pm. Arrive at ceremony venue at 5 pm. Shuttle 2 (56 passenger capacity): Pick up at Project Barley in Lomita at 4:15 pm. Arrive at ceremony venue at 5 pm. If you do not hop on either of these shuttles, you'll need to arrange your own transportation to arrive at the venue by 5 pm. The reception will be ending at 10pm and then both shuttles will start loading leave around 10:15 and for the after-party, with a planned arrival time of approximately 10:30 pm at PB Lomita. One of the buses will then continue on to the Hilton Doubletree with an approximate arrival time of 11 pm.

We currently have 15 rooms blocked at a special rate of $209 per night. Please note that only Friday and Saturday night (7/21 & 7/22) are now available at a discount - if you want to extend your stay, we recommend calling the hotel and letting them know you're part of the Bond-Borland wedding party: 310-540-0500. The last day to book at this special rate is June 20, 2023.

For those who are interested in a more budget-friendly option, we recommend booking with Ramada by Wyndham Torrance. We do not have a block reserved, but this will be an official shuttle stop for guests needing transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception site. This hotel is centrally located, less than 5 minutes from Project Barley in Lomita and about 15 minutes to both the Point Vicente Interpretive Center and Redondo Beach Pier.

For anyone who wants a truly luxurious stay, Terranea is a beautiful resort located on the cliffs of Rancho Palos Verdes. It's only one mile away from the wedding ceremony/reception site. The bride and groom will be staying in the Terranea villas Friday and Saturday night.
