Emigration Cafe
We love Emigration Cafe. It is located in one of our favorite neighborhoods in Salt Lake. We love to drive around and look at the cute homes in this neighborhood after eating!
Bartolo's Sugar House
This is our favorite Italian spot. They have locations in both Sugar House (the neighborhood we live in!) and Park City.
Caputo's Market & Deli 15th & 15th
We LOVE Caputos. They have incredible sandwiches. There are several locations throughout the valley. Inside the restaurant you will find lots of authentic Italian goodies!
Pizza Volta
This is our favorite pizza spot. It is within walking distance from our home, so we eat here a lot.
Templin Family Brewing
TF Brewing is one of our favorite breweries! They don't offer a food menu, but they have rotating food trucks that will park in the parking lot.
Ensign Peak
Ensign Peak is a short (albeit steep!) hike near downtown Salt Lake. At the top there are amazing views of the city and surrounding valley.
Lake Mary
Lake Mary is one of our favorite hikes. The trailhead is located in the same parking lot as our wedding venue! This is another short, but steep hike. There are incredible mountain views throughout the hike, and a beautiful lake at the top. It is located in Big Cottonwood Canyon. Since Big Cottonwood is under watershed restrictions, swimming in the lake is not allowed.
Round Valley Way Trailhead
Round Valley is an awesome spot to hike or mountain bike. If you choose to bike, you can rent bikes from Jan's just down the street.
Lisa Falls Hiking Trail Head
Lisa Falls is located in Little Cottonwood Canyon. It is a very short, easy hike. Afterwards, we recommend driving to the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon, it is beautiful!
Main Street
We love to walk around main street in Park City. There are tons of cute shops, bars, and restaurants.
City Creek Center
City Creek is an amazing mall in downtown Salt Lake. It is both indoors and outdoors, depending on the time of year the roof will retract.
