We first saw each other at training for missions, then later the same summer, we talked during chaplain training. The first time I talked to him was in the saga line during move-in-day and the first thing I said to him was, "hey, you're a chaplain right?" After that we saw each other a few more times and then he asked me out on a date and the rest is history!

He did such a great job of planning everything and surprising me! He set up a beautiful scene of lights, candles, flowers, and pictures of us--it felt like straight out of a hallmark movie! Talk to us to hear the rest of the story!
