What happens after the reception is over?

Answer

After the reception, a shuttle will transport all guests to Ed's Tavern Lake Norman, where we'll continue the celebration together! We’d love to have you join us for the evening, or if you prefer, you can arrange an Uber back to your hotel or Airbnb from the tavern.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we kindly ask that you only bring the guest listed on your invitation. If you’re unsure, check your RSVP card or reach out to us.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We'd love to celebrate with your children at our welcome party Friday evening! However, we've decided to keep our wedding day itself as an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting with the reception on a boat with indoor and outdoor space.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is formal. For women, this means a mid to floor length dresses, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!
