Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding, cocktail hour, and reception will be held indoors. Guests are welcome to get some fresh air on any of the open patios during cocktail hour or reception. Outdoor firepits will be going on the back patio during the reception.

Is there parking provided?

Answer

Yes, Dover Hall has a large parking lot near the front entrance of the estate.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is black tie, so a tux or suit for men and floor length dresses, very formal cocktails dresses, or jumpsuits for women. We would love to see you all in either black or fall colors, with the exception of burgundy being saved for the bridesmaids.

Are children invited?

Answer

As we are planning a small ceremony, unfortunately, we are having an adult only wedding. If you have a child below 18 months, we are planning to have a sitter and space for parents available from 4-10pm. If that’s something you would need, let us know. We appreciate your understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We with have wine, beer, spirits, specialty drinks, & late night espresso martinis, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’d love to include everyone, but unfortunately we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding—it means a lot to us!
