Cocktail attire or semi-formal is suggested. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors so please keep the weather in mind when planning your outfits!
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking. If utilizing the shuttle, please keep in mind it seats up to 30 guests at a time and is first come first serve.
Unfortunately, our guest count is limited due to venue restrictions. Your RSVP will let you know if a plus one has been included.
We would love everyone's children to be able to attend, however due to venue restrictions our guest count is limited. The invitation/RSVP will let you know if your children are invited.
We ask that guests silence their phones and enjoy the moment with us - please no photos during the ceremony. Please feel free to take photos during the cocktail hour and reception instead!
The parking lot is going to be marked with a sign that says "parking" and is located just before the venue.
There will be a complimentary shuttle going back and forth from the Hilton hotel to the barn. The residence Inn is right next to the Hilton, and guests staying at either hotel can use the shuttle. Please keep in mind there is a 30 passenger limit on the shuttle. I highly recommend planning to arrive early to ensure you have a seat. The shuttle will continue to run back and forth from the hotel to the barn throughout the night.
The food will be buffet style and main entrees include chicken bryan and sirloin marsala. There will also be appetizers served during cocktail hour
Please note bringing a gift or card is not a requirement - we know we have many guests coming from out of town and your presence is all we could ask for! There will be a table in the barn for any guests who would like to bring a gift or card to the wedding.
Please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so our caterers can provide alternative food options.
You can edit your RSVP after submitting it by logging into your Zola account, navigating to the "my RSVPs" section, and updating your response for the event.
There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception.
Any and all types of music will be played - so bring your dancing shoes!
Certain seats will be reserved for some family members, otherwise there is no assigned seating and we encourage you to sit wherever you feel comfortable!
Guests will be assigned to a table - our seating chart will be located on a sign in front of the barn. Please feel free to sit in any seat at your table!
