Are children welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! We realize the Zola contact collector was very confusing. Sorry about that. When you RSVP you'll be able to RSVP for the whole fam.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Please do not feel obliged to buy us a gift; all that we are expecting is you. If you would like to give us something, a contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated! However, if you prefer to purchase a gift, feel free to surprise us with whatever you’d love! Thank you! But no puppies or kittens.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Kind of? Semi formal/cocktail attire but please keep in mind it'll be on a lawn. Comfortable footwear suggested. The ceremony will be outside but the reception will be in a tent. We'll have heaters or air conditioning depending on the weather.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be a shuttle from the Marriott City Center in Newport News to the event and the shuttle will return the guests back after the reception. When you RSVP we'll ask you to RSVP if using the shuttle.

Where can I park?

Answer

If you do not RSVP to take the shuttle, there is only street parking. You can either park on W Sandy Point Rd or Browns Neck Rd. If parking on Browns Neck Rd, it might be a few minutes of walking. Up to you if you don't mind the walk. Especially if you take our advice and wear comfortable shoes.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

The rehearsal dinner will be open to all who would like to attend. You will be able to RSVP for this event.

Where's the beef? (What's for dinner?)

Answer

When you arrive there will be hor d'oeuvres, including local freshly-shucked oysters. After the ceremony we will have Don Chido food truck serving dinner. This will be a true food truck experience, where you will walk up and order whatever you'd like off the menu. For the children and picky eaters there will be chicken tenders and fries.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Most of you are married but if you are experimenting as a throuple, yes! Keep in mind if you want a plus one, we're nosey and will be curious and ask you questions.

Where exactly will the wedding take place?

Answer

Tiffany and Diane Cox's house. The address will be included in the invitation. Please keep in mind it's on the water and we want you to know that since children are welcomed. There is also a pool. We want you to be prepared.
