Expect a fun, laid-back, slightly unconventional evening! Our wedding is less of a sit-down affair and more of a party—think mingling, music, and enjoying delicious food and drinks. The ceremony will be short and sweet and will take place in the outdoor front patio area of the restaurant. Many guests will likely be standing for this, but don’t worry—we promise to keep it quick and entertaining! After that, the celebration kicks off! The entire venue (indoor and outdoor spaces) will be open for you to explore, eat, drink, and dance. There won’t be assigned seating—except for our immediate families—so feel free to move around, grab a spot when you find one, and enjoy the night however you like. Some guests will be sitting, some will be standing, and, by the end of the night, some may be leaning! Our goal is for this to feel like a catered house party with great food, great company, and a little bit of wedding magic.
We’d love for you to come dressed in a "dressy casual" style! No jeans, please. We want everyone to feel comfortable, but also to look their best in photos. Think smart, polished, and relaxed—no need for formal attire, but we’d love to see you in something that makes you feel confident and photo-ready. Note that the venue is teeny tiny, so you will absolutely be in photos.
Due to the intimate size of our venue, we are VERY limited in the number of guests we can accommodate. As much as we’d love to have everyone bring a guest, we absolutely have to keep the invite list super small, so we kindly ask that only those specifically invited attend.
We will be having a short, casual ceremony at 7pm. Feel free to arrive at 6:30 or so. Please do not arrive before 6! If you're early, check out Tombolo books (2 blocks down) or the Right Around the Corner Arcade Bar (2 blocks down).
All parking in the area is street parking, but there is usually plenty of it in the residential area to the sides of and behind the venue (i.e. 24th and 23rd St). Remember not to park in front of driveways, within 15 feet of fire hydrants, or within 30 ft of a stop sign.
Yes, the chef at the venue can handle it! But it would be best for us to know ahead of time if we haven't already discussed it. Please put this in your RSVP.
We are asking that guests please refrain from taking any photographs during our little ceremony. We are so excited to work with a very talented photographer on this special day and want to make sure that he has a good shot of our ceremony without any phone screens in the way. Please take lots of pictures after he leaves!
