Rustic Modern Retreat Saugerties (15 minute drive)

Two-story guest house. The house sleeps 6-10 people & charges $420 a night, with a two night minimum, as well as a cleaning fee of $75. Additional guests are $25 per person per night. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, king-sized bed, flat screen TV, DVD player, basic cable + HBO and zoned heating/ AC. The two upstairs bedrooms each have an extra day bed, so they can accommodate up to three adults. There is a fold out ottoman in the hallway upstairs, as well as a cot which can be pœlaced in the living room. The downstairs bedroom sleeps two adults, & the king bed turns into two XL twins, in case you would like to have separate sleeping arrangements. The open plan living, kitchen and dining room easily accommodates all ten people at once. The kitchen is equipped for baking and cooking. There is parking for 5-6 cars. Thank you for your interest in our properties. We currently have 3 rentals located on Glasco TPKE. Both barns are 1 bedroom with open floor plans and can accommodate 2 people comfortably in queen beds and 2 additional on a queen sized air mattress and sleeping futon. We also have a tiny house that can accommodate just 2 people. We charge between $135/nt and $165/nt for 2 people in each barn and $25 each additional person depending on time of year. The High Woods (5 min walk)

The Highwoods property is across the street from Barn on the Pond. The charming farm house offers mountain views year round, hiking on premises, 19th century barn, screened porch with flagstone floor, two candle lit fireplaces, wide-board pine floors, and a private feeling with an easy drive to town! Common areas include the kitchen, dining room, living room, breakfast room and large screened porch. Sleeping accommodations include two bedrooms with double beds and shared bath (with shower/tub) on the second floor and one double bedroom with private bath (shower only) on the first floor. A separate seasonal guest house has a queen bed and full bath (shower only). The house comes with full overnight amenities and well stocked kitchen (though very 1950's style!) YOUR HOMESTEAD GETAWAY (9 mins from Barn)

Our house is warm and inviting, we have been told by many guests they feel like they are at home when they stay here. It will definitely feel a little like home because it is a home, our home. We would love for you to stay. There is a wonderful harvest table suited for all meals and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also dining tables outside on the sundeck and inside the cozy screened-in porch. We also have an outdoor grill for your convenience. There are also many wonderful restaurants within a 15 minute drive. A listing of restaurants and directions are provided. Downstairs, our master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath. Upstairs we have 3 more bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a twin bed, and two with queen size beds. There is also a full bath upstairs. Linens and towels are provided.
