You can call them anytime to reserve a room, and you will not be charged until closer to the wedding. Mention the Albright/ Cowden wedding for their special rate of $159 at both hotels, normally $229 at Holiday Inn and $259 at Hampton Inn. To make a reservation at either hotel, you must to call the local number to get the courtesy rate!
