As transportation will be provided, we ask that you please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to ceremony time. The gates to the venue will open 1 hour prior to the ceremony time for those that are driving to the venue.
The venue has parking that will open 1 hour prior to the ceremony time. If you plan on leaving your car at the venue overnight, please park outside the gate in the gravel parking lot. All cars that are parked inside the gate must be gone at the end of the night.
Yes! There will be a bus picking guests up at Camelback Lodge at 3:30pm (optional) and then dropping back off after the evening is over! There is limited seating on the bus, so please make sure to make the timed pickup or make other arrangements to and from the venue. There are Uber's in the area as well!
We have reserved a block of rooms at Camelback Lodge at a discounted rate. As we were only able to block a certain number of rooms, please reach out to us if the hotel informs you the group is booked. They may allow us to block more rooms if far enough in advance. For further recommendations, please see the "hotel" section for other options in the area!
The ceremony is planned to be outdoors with the cocktail hour and reception having both indoor and outdoor space. If the weather changes, the ceremony will be under a covered space.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adult only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kiddos at home so you can celebrate with us!
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting formal/ black-tie optional attire for our evening.
We kindly ask that you avoid traditionally reserved colors for the bride---whites, ivories, and creams.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please let us know in advance so that we can let our venue know!
