Everyone please aim to RSVP no later than February 21st. This will allow us plenty of time to finalize our guest count.
Our ceremony has been scheduled for 4 p.m. on the 21st, so guests should plan to reach the mountaintop by 3:15. A shuttle will be available on site for transport to the ceremony.
Guests should follow the "Garden theme" dress code outlined in the wedding invitations. Our color palette has been included as a guide. Guests are welcome to wear a color of their choosing, however please follow the specific dress code provided. Again, please do not wear jeans. Please note that our ceremony will be outdoors in early spring and temperature may be cool. We suggest practical attire such as jackets, shawls, or layers alongside the main dress code.
If you have children, they are welcome to attend the wedding! Activity packs will be provided to keep your little ones entertained during the ceremony. Guests with a plus one have already been indicated on our wedding invitations. If you would like to bring an additional guest, please reach out to us beforehand so we can include them in the guest count.
There is a gravel lot available for parking next to our ceremony location on the mountaintop. Guests may also park in available spots at the Rustic Charm cabin. We ask that parking at the Vieux Cabin be limited to our wedding party and immediate family only.
Yes! We have booked Cruze Transport Services to transport guests to our venue. Our driver Les will be available until 11 p.m.
