Where is the ceremony/reception being held?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at Woodlands at Cottonwood Canyon. The ceremony will be outdoors with cocktail hour and reception following indoors. 141 Old Timber Way, Bozeman, MT 59718 (406) 763-4542 Google Maps/Apple Maps will take you directly there but if you are someone who likes to see a tangible map ahead of time, please email us at gcfjmt11@gmail.com and we can send you another map.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin at or shortly after 3pm. Please allow at least 30 minutes to drive to venue from Bozeman downtown area.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Oooh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we would love to have them, the only kids that will be in attendance are those whose parents are part of our wedding party or immediate family.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Mountain Formal Men: Suits are great but not neccessary. Ties are not required. Women: Summer or cocktail dresses are great for Montana summers. The venue is located within the forest so there will be grass and gravel around the grounds. Wedges or thicker heeled shoes are best for comfort and ease. Montana summer nights can get cool and sometimes rainy but the venue does have heaters and a large covered patio.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Answer

Oh yes there will be! We will have assorted beers including local brews, non alcoholic options, a buffet dinner, and wedding desserts! Gluten free options will be available for both dinner and dessert!

When are the RSVP's due?

Answer

We'd love to know if you can make it (we hope so!). Please RSVP by June 1st via using the RSVP feature found on this website. No need to mail anything back!

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes! The venue can accommodate up to 80 cars. If possible, carpooling is a great option and has less impact on the beautiful surrounding forest.
