What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony, which starts at 5:30pm.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes, wedding day events will be at the Beauport Hotel. The ceremony will be on the outdoor deck (weather permitting), followed by cocktail hour, and ending with the reception in the ballroom.

Is there parking available at the event?

Answer

There will be complimentary valet parking services available to guests for the event. All overnight parking is $15 per night including self parking and valet parking.
