FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st with an accurate guest count so we can plan accordingly with our vendors.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No all white/ivory outfits. We ask all guests to wear cocktail attire, preferably in a pastel color. Please note that both the ceremony and reception are held completely outside.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Refer to your invitation on the max guest count allocated for your family.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are absolutely invited! There is a small children's play structure on site, but parents are asked to supervise.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

The wedding venue has onsite parking that should accommodate all our guests, but we encourage carpooling if possible. There will be an entrance gate and security checking that everyone who enters the venue has a proper invitation. All cars parked on site will be monitored by venue security for the entirety of the event, but we do ask that you avoid leaving anything of value inside your vehicle.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, but do note that both events are fully outdoors. The ground is mostly flat but there is varied ground such as glass, gravel, and pavement. Namely the parking lot is all gravel. A golf cart can be made available if needed.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please make a note of all food allergies in your RSVP.
