Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP for the wedding weekend events no later than April 1st! This will allow us to appropriately plan for food and transportation. Also let us know if you're staying in one of our hotel blocks, so we can make sure you get your welcome bag!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Be sure to arrive no later than 4:15pm for the ceremony. If you are taking the provided transportation, the buses will arrive at the Warwick hotel at 3:00pm (we've got school buses to drive you!). If you are staying at a different hotel and wish to take the provided transportation, make sure to be at the Warwick by 3:00pm. The buses will depart at 10:00pm from the venue to return to the Warwick. Please indicate in your RSVP whether you will be taking the transportation. If you are driving, there is parking available at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The welcome party on Friday is cocktail attire. For the ceremony and reception, please wear formal attire. No dress code for the farewell brunch!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved rooms at two hotels in downtown Philadelphia as well as at a hotel closer to the venue; details are provided under the Travel tab of this website! We will be staying at the Warwick Hotel with our families and recommend this location. Please note: if you are planning to take the provided transportation to/from the wedding, the buses will be picking up and dropping off at the Warwick only. Transportation is not provided for the welcome party or farewell brunch.

Can I bring a date or kids?

Answer

If we have included a plus one for you, this will be indicated on your invitation and your online RSVP. While we love kiddos, we are keeping our wedding adults-only!
