What is the wedding day timeline?

Answer

> Ceremony 5:00 > Cocktail Hour 5:30 - 6:30 > Dinner 6:30 > Drinks & Dancing until 11:00

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find a seat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only (16+) event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire requested. Our wedding is a 1920s Speakeasy theme, so please feel free to join us in your favorite Roaring 20s attire! We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white, jeans, t-shirts and shorts.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of free on-site parking at Kloc's Grove, including handicap spaces. If you are planning on enjoying our open bar, please arrange alternative transportation. Don't drink and drive!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will take place in the Grand Ballroom, but we will have access to the patio the whole night.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue (including restrooms) is wheelchair accessible.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please note your food allergies/dietary restrictions when you RSVP. The bride is gluten free and there will be plenty of gluten free options!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be wine, beer and liquor. Our venue has a no shots policy and no outside alcohol is permitted.

Yes! We are registered at Amazon.
