Colorado Springs Airport

COS is a smaller airport to fly into, but this a much closer option for the rehearsal dinner and shuttle for the wedding! We recommend flying into here unless you want to get a ride from DIA to the Springs!

Denver International Airport

DIA is the easiest airport to fly into! From there you can Uber or rent a car to get to your hotel or Airbnb. However, the ride to Colorado Springs is longer, so make sure you find a ride there!

Cheyenne Mountain Resort

This is where we will be staying, as well as where the shuttle to the venue will come to pick up and drop off. We recommend staying here and you can reserve a room by using our room block link attached! Reservations may be made directly with CMR at 719-538-4000 or via a custom booking link (below) where reservations may be made, modified, or canceled by individuals online. The Group Rate is guaranteed for reservations made on or before 5:00 PM MT on Friday, August 8, 2025. Any reservations made after 5:00 PM MT on Friday, August 8, 2025 shall be at the current best available rate.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Venue

September 6, 2025 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE!!! There will be two shuttles leaving from the hotel promptly at 2:30pm. Please plan on being outside the resort and ready at 2:15pm. During the reception period, there will be a shuttle leaving at 8pm, as well as 10pm. NOTE: you do not need to be staying at the resort to use the shuttle, as you can park at the resort and take the shuttle up to the venue! Uber and Lyft DO NOT go to the venue!
