Our ceremony and reception are at the same site - Barrelhouse The Venue, 113 York St, Michigan City, IN 46360. The venue is wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair accessibility is on the left, back side of the building.
Our ceremony and reception will take place indoors.
Our dress code is semi-formal. We want you to look and feel your best and be comfortable! Jeans are strictly prohibited.
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
No. We love your children, but we encourage you to use our wedding as an adult-only date night.
We are enjoying a BBQ dinner. All meat options are gluten free. As for our vegetarian friends, there is a salad and sides available on our buffet line. Please reach out if you have any concerns or questions regarding the dinner menu and your dietary restrictions.
Please use the parking lot across the street from Barrelhouse. There will be "Event Parking" signs displayed for your convenience. Please do not park in front of the building or in the lot beside the building. These spots are reserved for our vendors for loading and unloading.
We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our ceremony and reception will take place just a few minutes away from where we reserved our room block. We highly recommend ridesharing, carpooling, or walking to the location from the hotel if needed.
Our reception will end at 10 PM CST. We will be going to the Blue Chip Casino after our reception ends.
