Answer

This event is formal or black-tie optional. Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while dinner and dancing will be inside.

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the Hartford Golf Club. There is also the option to leave your car there overnight and pick it up the next morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. There will be transportation to and from the Avon Old Farms Hotel. There will be two buses leaving for the ceremony around 4:30pm. Buses will bring guests back to the hotel from the Hartford Golf Club at 9:00pm, 10:30pm, and 12:00am.
