Answer
We’ve planned everything in one location, The Resort at Fredericksburg. The ceremony and reception will be held at the main resort building, and all lodging is located on property near the entrance.

✦ What accommodations are there for lodging?
Answer
We’ve got you covered — you don’t even have to leave the property. We’ll be celebrating at The Resort at Fredericksburg, which offers on-site lodging just steps away from all the wedding festivities. Staying on property means no driving, no rushing, and more time to relax and celebrating with us.

✦ What are the check-in and check-out details for lodging?
Answer
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on April 8, with check-out at 11:00 AM on April 10, making it a two-night stay for guests who’d like to enjoy the full wedding experience with us. If you’re planning to join us just for the wedding day, single-night cabin reservations for April 9 will also be available, with check-in timing discussed at the time of booking. ✦ What events are planned for the wedding?

If you’re staying with us for the full two-night celebration, there’s more to enjoy! The first evening will include welcome drinks, a private rehearsal and dinner, and then a combined “batch party” for everyone to relax, mingle, and celebrate together.

✦ What meals will be provided?
Answer
We’re excited to host the rehearsal dinner for our immediate family and wedding party, along with the wedding reception for all of our guests. For other meals during your stay, we’ve shared some of our favorite dinner and brunch recommendations on the "Things to Do" page.

✦ What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:00 PM so everyone has time to get settled before the ceremony starts.

✦ What is the dress Code?

Cocktail attire. We’d love for guests to dress up with us — think cocktail dresses, suits, or dressy separates. Kindly skip the jeans for this celebration.

Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To keep our celebration personal and intimate, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on the RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding.

Answer
While we love all of your children, we’ve made the decision to keep our wedding an adults-only celebration, with the exception of the children involved in the wedding. Thank you for your understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you.

To help create the best possible experience, cabins will be thoughtfully assigned in advance so friends and family can stay close to one another. This allows everyone to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the celebration together without worrying about logistics.
