We’re kicking things off with a night of food, drinks, music, and good vibes at this historic bar/hotel in downtown Flagstaff 🍻 Welcome Party Attire: Come as you are, just with a little extra. Think casual but cute, the kind of outfit you’d wear for a fun night out with friends. Basically, come ready to party, not to impress. Layers are your friend (Flagstaff evenings can get cool).

"Ceiba" shuttles will be providing transportation to and from the venue to make things easy. See below for pick up location. Prefer to drive yourself? No problem… There’s plenty of parking available at the Arboretum, but please note the road is not paved. Shuttles to the wedding: "Ceiba" Shuttles will arrive at 245pm. Two pick up points. Pick up point #1: Residence Inn at 100 N Humphreys St, parking lot on North side of building Pick up point #2: Forest Highlands Residents Only - pick up at the Gates residence.

We love this 200-acre botanical garden for the way it protects and celebrates the natural beauty of Northern Arizona. With its wide-open spaces, fresh mountain air, and views of the San Francisco Peaks, it reflects everything we appreciate about the outdoors. We hope you love it as much as we do. What to Wear: We’re calling the attire “Mountain Semi-Formal”. For the guys, a dress shirt and slacks (with or without a blazer or tie) is perfect. No need for full suits unless that’s your thing. For the ladies, dresses, jumpsuits, or a skirt and blouse that feel a little elevated but still comfortable for an outdoor setting will fit right in. We’ll be celebrating outdoors in Flagstaff in September, so plan for mild weather and natural terrain (block heels or wedges recommended!).
