Abbey and Trisha met through mutual friends at the age of 17, and after a few years they became best friends. Trish cares a lot about her people, but makes it look effortless. No matter how busy she gets (which can be very, very busy), you can count on Trish to be there for you, and to bring a tasty new recipe to try while she's at it. Trish and her entire family (both sides) have always been extremely welcoming to Abbey and Casey both, treating them as family.

Mike Lunde

Mike and Casey met at work, where they bonded over a shared sense of humor and perspective on life. Mike has been there through good times and bad; always making time for the people in his life, always understanding, always with plenty of interesting ideas. He is brilliant at taking a bad or frustrating situation and turning it into a hilarious story, and his amazing observational humor is one of the many reasons he is great to have around in any situation. It's no surprise that Abbey and Mike have become good/fast friends as the group frequently tries out new recipes, hobbies, and bad movies.

Rebecca Emmrich

Bridesmaid, Battle Buddy, Chief Confidant

Abbey met Rebecca in 2008 while working at a call center, and soon realized that she was one of the most resilient, dependable, and hilarious people she had ever met. Over the years and then the distance, the bond grew stronger and stronger as they leaned on each other during life's difficult (and often ridiculous) curveballs. Rebecca is one of Abbey's biggest cheerleaders, always generous with her humor, wisdom, and encouragement in both the best and the worst of times.

Yash Beohar

Groomsman, Gourmand, Lead Guitar

Yash and Abbey met and formed a band while at work, and later allowed Casey to join. It was soon discovered that Yash is one of those people who is instantly good at everything he attempts, but also so likable that nobody is bothered by it. His only true flaw is that he is overly critical of desserts. It would be hard to overstate how good a friend Yash has been. He takes a true interest in people, and has always been ready with sound advice and enthusiasm for trying new things.

Bryana Lehman

Bridesmaid, Hypewoman, Local Legend

Bryana and Casey go way back, after meeting through Mike many years ago. With her wit, wisdom, and fearlessness, Bryana has always watched out for Casey like a sister would watch out for a brother. Bryana calls things like she sees them, including noticing early on how much Casey talked about Abbey even before they were together. Bryana has always been one of the biggest supporters of Casey and Abbey's relationship.

Joe Lunde

Groomsman, Spiritual Advisor, Indoorsman

Joe and Casey met through Mike, and spent a number of years coming up with inside jokes that nobody else could ever hope to understand. With his easygoing nature, Joe has helped Casey transform from an anxious over-thinker to a slightly-less-anxious over-thinker. Universally well-liked, Joe is the common thread that brings and keeps people together. He has been a great friend, and would no doubt be a very successful cult leader should he ever choose.
