When should I RSVP by?

You can RSVP by our wedding website on the next tab! Please let us know by June 30th. We cannot wait to celebrate with you! Don't forget to request your song!

When is the deadline to book the hotel at the group rate?

Answer

To secure a room at the group rate, please make your reservation by July 1st, 2025. After this date, the hotel may not guarantee availability or the discounted rate. We recommend booking early to ensure your stay!

I have a dietary need; can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Casey or Phil directly.

Will there be parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes! Valet parking will be available at the venue for your convenience. Please make sure you have a designated driver.
