La Candelaria - The historic center of Bogota. It is very eclectic with plenty of shops and restaurants. There are many street vendors selling artisan goods. Walk around and try the unique foods of Colombia. Usaquen - also has a historic feel with narrow, cobblestone streets. Many good restaurants and cafes. Chico - a more modern part of Bogota with nice green areas and shopping.
There are a number of fun activities to do in Bogota. AirBnB makes booking them really easy and you read reviews to be sure they will be a good time. Here are some different ideas: - Coffee tasting - Graffiti bike tour - Food/exotic fruit tour - Salsa class - Day trip to nearby attractions such as the cathedral of salt or waterfalls
Bogota has a number of good museums. El Museo de Oro (gold museum) is the most popular. Or check out one of the art museums, including one for Fernando Botero, Colombia's most iconic sculptor.
