Casey and Marius, returning back to Montreal to enter their 3rd year at McGill after the Summer of 2014, were introduced by their beloved mutual connection, Joe Neukrug. They were hosting a small party to get everyone back together and introduce us to their parents who were in town. Casey, hanging around on the back patio, played with her new acquaintance Marius and asked him to guess her name. They eyed each other interestedly and first enjoyed the pleasure of each other’s company. Later on, Casey took the initiative, conspiring with Joe to get Marius’ phone number. After exchanging a torrent of delightfully effervescent messages, they made plans to come together to watch a sunrise over some coffee on Casey’s porch and the rest… is history!
