Technically they met back in 2004. Case, a really cool senior, and Britta, a brand-new sophomore, were both in Donkey Hotey's Improv at Fargo South High. 16 years later they matched on Tinder and snuck in one date before the first Covid lockdown. It was a really good first date, that ended with a parking garage kiss. They spent the next month texting each other and discovering an abundance of shared interests like pineapple on pizza, Star Wars, and classic rock. It was obvious they were meant for each other. Eventually, they agreed to add one another to their lockdown circles. Their "dates" consisted of ordering food, watching The Magicians, talking to friends on video chats, and playing board games. All of this taking place in the comfort of their own homes for covid safety. In fact, their 2nd date in public was for a covid test where they watched each other fill a tube with spit. #TrueLove On the one year anniversary of their first date, Case proposed to Britta in the parking garage in the same spot as their first kiss. She of course said YES! Now they have a hankering to proclaim their love by throwing a party for their family and friends! (And a wedding ceremony will take place too)
