Can I bring a child under 18?

Answer

Unfortunately not. We decided on a strict "No children" rule for this wedding.

Can I bring a guest with me (plus one) ?

Answer

One guest can be added to our guest list if approved. We have a strict guest limit and only 125 seats for the wedding. Get with Casandra about adding a plus one.

Is there places to stay for the night in the area?

Answer

Yes! There is a Green Tree Inn and Suites (recommended) for our guests. There is also the Blue Mist Motel. Surrounding towns such as Queen Creek and San Tan Valley also have overnight accommodations.

What gift should I bring to the wedding?

Answer

We are not expecting any gifts. However, we have a Honeymoon page set up on our website to help with our Honeymoon fund.

What is the dress attire?

Formal Wear and we ask that no one wears black (:

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, the parking will be on the left side of the Big Red Barn.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside for approximately 30 minutes. Keep in mind it might be chilly since it's January, consider a sweater/jacket/coat. The reception will be inside the barn.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 4 pm. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to reserve seating.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

We will have one hour of free cocktail bar, afterwards there will be a cash bar available during the reception.

Do I need to RSVP and when should I do it by?

Answer

YES! you must RSVP, otherwise we will ASSUME you will not be attending. RSVP's are due December 1, 2026 either by the card sent to you, or the QR code provided on the card. If you misplace the card, please let casandra know and she can add you to the RSVP list.
