FAQs

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We're envisioning a mostly adult celebration—think of it as an extended date night for us and our guests. While we may have a few children in attendance, they'll be limited to close family members. We absolutely adore your kids, and we hope you'll understand that we'd like to keep this special day intimate with just our nearest and dearest little ones.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We're embracing a semi-formal dress code for our celebration. We'd love to see the ladies in elegant cocktail dresses and the gentlemen in suits—ties are entirely optional. To honor our wedding's color palette, we kindly ask that guests avoid plum, hunter green, navy, and white, as these are reserved for our bridal party.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we'll be offering an open bar with complimentary drinks for all our guests throughout the wedding celebration. We kindly ask that you show appreciation for the bartenders with a tip.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We invite you to capture one special moment at the beginning of our ceremony, but we kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the event itself. Our professional photographers will beautifully document every cherished moment, allowing us all to be fully present and enjoy the celebration together. We also ask that you hold off on sharing photos to social media until we've had the chance to do so first.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving by 5:15 pm to ensure you're comfortably seated before the ceremony begins at 5:30 pm. Please note that the gates will close 5 minutes prior to the start time, and the area can experience traffic congestion, so arriving early will give you plenty of time to settle in without rushing.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We kindly request that you only bring the guests specifically named on your invitation. Our venue and catering arrangements are carefully planned to accommodate our confirmed guest list.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, Pine Lake Ranch offers convenient on-site parking for all guests attending our ceremony and reception.

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes, we're forgoing a traditional wedding registry. Your presence and love mean more to us than any material gift. If you'd like to contribute to our celebration, we would be deeply touched by a donation to our honeymoon fund, which will help us create lasting memories as we begin our married life together.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, our wedding day will be magical. Our venue has a beautiful backup plan to ensure our celebration continues seamlessly, no matter the weather.
