Where can I stay?
Answer
A block of rooms has been reserved at the venue for all out of town guests and others who may not want to drive home at night. To make reservations, you can visit the link in the "Travel" section of our website or call the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott at 1-800-228-9290 or 412-788-8800 and mention our wedding to receive the special rate. * Reservations must be made by May 1, 2026 to receive the discount rate *
Question
How/When do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP right on this website (when we start accepting RSVPs) by clicking the RSVP link at the top. Or you can send in your provided RSVP card. RSVPs will open once formal invitations are sent closer to the wedding. But if you know for sure that you cannot make it, please feel free to let us know ahead of time.

What happens if I don't RSVP on time.
Answer
Honestly? Andrea will probably cry. But seriously, please try to RSVP before the deadline. We will try our hardest to reach out to you if we haven't gotten an RSVP from you. But if you don't RSVP, you won't have a seat saved, you won't have dinner reserved, you'll be upset, and we'll be unhappy that you're upset. It just won't be a fun time for anyone.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code will be semi-formal/cocktail attire. You don't need to wear a gown or tux per se, but a nice sundress/cocktail dress or suit will be perfect! But really, just wear clothes you feel good in. Except maybe avoid sweatpants or jeans. Because Andrea will be jealous that you're comfy and she's in a dress. Feel good and have fun. That's really all that matters.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoors in the Marriott Courtyard with cocktail hour and reception inside. Because of the uncertainty of Pittsburgh weather, the ceremony will be moved inside if it's too cold or rainy.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm and doors will open 15 minutes prior. Please make sure to leave yourself time to park and get to your seat.

Where should I sit?
Answer
For the ceremony, please sit wherever you'd like; we both consider you an important part of our day. For the reception, there will be a seating chart outside of the reception space.

Can I take photos?
Answer
During the ceremony, we ask that all cellphones are put away. But before and after? Please feel free to take all the photos that you would like. We will have QR codes posted around the venue to share your photos in a public album. We'd love to see the day through everyone's point of view.

Can I bring kids or a plus one?
Answer
All invited individuals should be listed on your invitation/RSVP with their name (or guest).

What if I have a dietary requirement?
Answer
Please provide all dietary requirements (vegetarian/vegan, allergies, alcohol-free, etc.) when you RSVP.

Will there be alcohol served?
Answer
Yes, there will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception. There will also be a served champagne toast; so please make sure to let us know if you need an alcohol-free alternative.

Do you have a gift registry?
Answer
We are registered at Macy's, Target, and Amazon. Our registry and honeymoon funds can be found at the top of this website when you click the "Registry" link
