As much as we'd love to invite all children, we are only able to accommodate children from our immediate families. Please reach out to Steve or Tara if you'd like to discuss further!
If you invitation does not list your partner or a "plus one", but you'd like to bring someone special, please reach out to Steve or Tara to arrange. We will hopefully be able to accommodate you, but please note we are already a large party and may not be able to. Thank you!
We do not have planned transportation provided at this time. Both the church and the reception have ample parking for those that choose to drive. We recommend carpooling if able! For those that plan to drink, we recommend scheduling Uber or Lyft pick ups.
The ceremony should conclude between 3:15pm and 3:30pm. We plan to get a large group photo at the church immediately following the ceremony so please if able stay and join us to capture one of the magic moments of the day! You will then have approximately 90 minutes of down time before the Cocktail Hour starts at the reception. You can either make your way back to the hotel to refresh yourself or drop off your vehicle if you elect to Uber/Lyft places. Or another option is to stay on site at the Shrine and explore the Polish festival that will be going on. It is a ticketed event on grass, so please plan to bring cash and/or a change of shoes if you elect to explore it.
For women, we recommend midi or full length gowns. We are highly encouraging of bold, bright colors and floral patterns! For men, we recommend a suit with dress shirt, tie or bowtie, and dress shoes.
The cocktail hour is planned to be outside on a grass lawn adjacent to the reception space. The walkway is paved but tables and chairs will be in the grass. Ladies, please be mindful of stiletto heels as they may sink into the grass. We plan to offer heel protectors but don't want you at risk of ruining a favorite pair of heels!
Yes! Beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails will be served. Please drink responsibly!
