What precautions do you have in place to protect against COVID 19?

Answer

We are asking that all guests please take a COVID 19 test 48-72 hours prior to our wedding regardless of vaccination status. For information regarding to the closest testing site visit https://pacificucwc.com/?utm_source=gmb&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=gmb. Below you will find the safety precautions we have put in place. Venue: Our ceremony will take place outdoors, the cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and the reception will take place both indoors and outdoors. Masks: Although we are not requiring our guests to wear masks we will provide masks for those who wish to wear them. All of our on-site wedding vendors will be wearing masks as well. Hand Sanitizer: We will provide hand sanitizer in several areas of the venue. Please practice good hand hygiene after touching surfaces and feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer if desired. Other Precautions: We will be serving a plated dinner with tray passed hors d’oeuvres.

Where are you registered?

Answer

You can access our registry through the registry tab on this website. We are accepting contributions to our honeymoon and newlywed fund.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

ZLAC Rowing Club has a private parking lot available to our guests free of charge. There is also plenty of street parking available. Please be aware if you plan to stay after the reception to bonfire on Mission Bay you MUST move your vehicle from the ZLAC Rowing Club parking lot by no later that 10:30pm.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The average temperature in San Diego during the month of October is between 70 and 75 degrees F. At night temperatures can drop averaging 63 degrees F.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend you arrive 20 minutes before the start of the ceremony to allow for enough time to find parking and get seated.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony the bride and groom will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception location where we will be serving hors d’oeuvres and beverages.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony with be outdoors with no shade, please plan accordingly. The reception has both indoor and outdoor areas with ample shade available.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1st. You can RSVP on this website, just select the RSVP tab. We will be serving a plated dinner so please make sure to select your meal preference when you RSVP.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Will you be serving food?

Answer

Yes we will! After the ceremony we will be serving hors d’oeuvres and drinks for about an hour. To follow we will be serving a plated dinner. Please make sure to make your meal preference when you RSVP.
