Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking garage across the street from the Amway hotel. It is connected to the venue via skybridge for easy access. Parking is available for a fee, as well as valet. What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive around 2:30pm to allow time for parking and walking to the lobby area. The ceremony will likely start closer to 3pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Cocktail Attire / Semi-Formal. Our celebration will take place in an indoor ballroom setting, and we invite guests to dress in a polished, elevated style while still feeling comfortable. Dresses (floor-length, midi, or tea-length), dressy jumpsuits, and elegant separates are all wonderful options. Suits or sport coats with dress pants are encouraged, though ties are optional; collared shirts and dress pants would also be appropriate. Jewel tones, moody colors, and florals are welcome. We kindly ask guests to avoid jeans, t-shirts, shorts, athletic wear, or sneakers.

Can I bring a date / plus-one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation and RSVP page. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will appear as “Guest” when you RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be primarily adults-only. Children are only included if they are specifically named on your invitation and RSVP page. We’ve made a few exceptions for immediate family and unique travel circumstances, which have been communicated individually. We truly appreciate your understanding!

I have a food allergy / restriction. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know when you RSVP if you have special dietary requests / allergies. We will try our best to coordinate with our caterer to accommodate your request.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Since all wedding events will be held in one location, transportation will not be provided. Guests are welcome to utilize rideshare services or parking available at the venue.

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner and dessert at the reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture these moments, and we’d love for everyone to be fully present with us.
